My partner and I were first home buyers, attempting to navigate the difficult task of buying our first home. Our initial attempt led us to a Real Estate Agent conducting shady practices. Thankfully All Points Conveyancing guided us against pursuing this property further.Unfortunately, the property we decided to buy, had inept real-estate agents, title issues and multitude of people who acted in bad faith.Without the excellent, detailed, and thorough conveyancing conducted by All Points Conveyancing, we would have been in a very poor position.Most Notably, All Points Conveyancing charged a fixed rate despite close to a hundred phone calls, dozens of emails and a prolonged settlement which took almost 6 months to complete. I fully expected additional fees due to this outcome, however All Point Conveyancing only charged the rate that was discussed initially.All Points Conveyancing is an exceptionally thorough, professional, and exemplary business. I highly recommend them for any conveyancing needs.
