11/10 - I would recommend All points conveyancing to everyone! The team probably put more effort into our property search than we did. They were so responsive, picked up so many parts of contracts that needed amending or changing and spent so much time talking us through every step we needed to take from the start of our search, to the final purchase of our first property. My partner and I were first home buyers, attempting to navigate the difficult task of buying our first home. Our initial attempt led us to a Real Estate Agent conducting shady practices. Thankfully All Points Conveyancing guided us against pursuing this property further.Unfortunately, the property we decided to buy, had inept real-estate agents, title issues and multitude of people who acted in bad faith.Without the excellent, detailed, and thorough conveyancing conducted by All Points Conveyancing, we would have been in a very poor position.Most Notably, All Points Conveyancing charged a fixed rate despite close to a hundred phone calls, dozens of emails and a prolonged settlement which took almost 6 months to complete. I fully expected additional fees due to this outcome, however All Point Conveyancing only charged the rate that was discussed initially.All Points Conveyancing is an exceptionally thorough, professional, and exemplary business. I highly recommend them for any conveyancing needs.
